To apply for an Anytime Rupee loan, you need:

Anytime Rupee evaluates loan eligibility using:

• Alternate data from your phone, including handset details and transaction messages.

We strive to process loans within a few hours. On average, most loans are processed in under 30 minutes, and we continuously work to reduce this time to just a few minutes.
If your application is not approved, don’t worry! Loan approval depends on various factors, and sometimes multiple attempts may be required to qualify. We recommend continuing to save relevant data on your phone and reapplying after the specified waiting period.

Applying for a loan is simple! First, download the Anytime Rupee app and sign up. Then, navigate to the “Loans” section on the Home screen, enter your PAN, Aadhaar No, personal details. Once completed, you can view your available loan offers, select an option, and tap “Apply” to proceed.
Loan amounts range from ₹2,000 to ₹30,000. Your eligibility may increase over time if you consistently repay loans on schedule.
Your loan offer is based on multiple factors, including:

• Your repayment history with Anytime Rupee
• Your creditworthiness as determined by our system

Making timely repayments increases your chances of accessing larger loan amounts in the future. However, delays or missed payments may reduce your eligibility.
No, you can only apply for the loan amounts displayed in your account. The best way to increase your eligibility is by consistently repaying your loans on time.
The maximum loan amount available is ₹30,000. To qualify for this, you need to successfully borrow and repay smaller amounts over time, thereby building your creditworthiness.
Interest rates are determined by several factors, including your repayment history and our cost of lending. The interest rate is a fixed annualized rate applied to the outstanding loan balance. Full details, including the exact rate applicable to your loan, are provided in the Key Facts Statement (KFS). Standard SMS and data charges from your mobile carrier may also apply.
Processing fees cover the operational costs associated with reviewing and approving your loan application. These fees, along with applicable GST, are deducted before loan disbursement. This is a standard industry practice followed by financial institutions.
Loan offers are automatically determined by our system. While timely repayments improve your eligibility, loan limit increases may not be immediate. Over time, responsible borrowing and consistent repayments will help unlock higher loan amounts.
Each time you repay a loan, our system reassesses your eligibility based on various factors. While there is no fixed timeline for increases, making timely repayments improves your chances of qualifying for larger amounts in the future.
Go to the “Loans” section at the top of the Home screen and tap “Repay Now” to make a payment via net banking, debit card, or UPI without any bank charges.
If you’re new to UPI, download a UPI app (e.g., BHIM, PhonePe, Google Pay) and create a Virtual Payment Address (VPA) linked to your bank account. Then, select UPI payment in the Anytime Rupee app, enter your VPA, and follow the on-screen instructions.
No, you must make repayments as scheduled. A lump-sum repayment on the last due date is not allowed and can negatively impact your future loan eligibility. If you want to prepay the entire amount, do so on your first repayment date to avoid penalties. Prepayment and foreclosure charges may apply—refer to the KFS (Key Fact Statement) for details.
Repayments may take up to 24 hours to reflect. If it hasn't updated after this period, send us the transaction confirmation message, and we will follow up.
Yes, but early repayment may be subject to prepayment and foreclosure charges. You can check your “Repayment Schedule” in the app for details.
To cancel your loan within the cool-off period (3 days from loan disbursal), contact Customer Support.
With Reducing Balance Interest, interest is charged on the remaining principal after each repayment instead of the original loan amount. This means you pay less interest over time as your balance decreases.
Your overdue amount includes:
• Unpaid EMI
• Late payment penalties
• Additional interest accrued due to the delay

These charges will continue to apply until the overdue amount is cleared.
Yes, you can prepay your loan in full before the due date. Prepayment charges, if applicable, depend on your loan terms and are usually a small percentage of the prepaid amount.
Foreclosing means paying off your entire loan balance before the end of the tenure. While this can save you interest, a foreclosure fee may apply. Check your Repayment Schedule for details.
Timely repayment is crucial for building your credit score and increasing your loan limit. Late payments are reported to the credit bureau, which can negatively impact your chances of getting future or larger loans. However, making repayments on or before the due date improves your eligibility for higher loan amounts.
