A. PI Credit Services Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 and having its registered office at LG-007, MGF Metropolis Mall, DLF QE, Gurgaon – 122001 (hereinafter referred to as “Anytime Rupee”, “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”), operates the mobile application “Anytime Rupee” (the “App”) and the website www.anytimerupee.com (the “Website”). The App and Website are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Platform.
B. Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms & Conditions”) carefully before you (“User” or “You” or “Your”) use this Platform. In order to avail any of the Services (defined below) facilitated on the Platform by itself or in partnership with its service providers/third party partners on the Platform (“Platform Partners”), it is important that YOU READ, UNDERSTAND, ACKNOWLEDGE AND UNCONDITIONALLY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
C. By using the Platform, you grant us explicit consent to collect, process, and share your personal data in a lawful and need-based manner as outlined in our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the applicable provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the RBI Digital Lending Guidelines.
If You do not agree to all the terms and conditions as stipulated below, then You may not access the Platform / App or use any products/services provided on the Platform.
PART A: GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 Anytime Rupee facilitates, either directly or through Platform Partners, various services to its customers, including but not limited to, Facilitating the disbursement of loan products offered by Our lending partners (i.e. regulated entities who are registered with the RBI and whose details are available on the Website and App) on the Platform (“Digital Lending Services”); assistance in the loan application and approval process, including collection of relevant information and documentation from users;
1.2 In the event You wish to avail any of the Services on the Platform, You will be required to provide certain information and our representatives may contact You through phone or email to understand Your requirements.
2.1 By accessing or using the Platform, You represent and warrant that:
a) You are an individual who is a resident of India.
In the event You are applying for any financial product or service through the Platform, You confirm that You are doing so in Your individual capacity and not as an agent or nominee of another person. You also agree that any information or document submitted as part of such application is true, correct, and complete to the best of Your knowledge.
2.2 If the User violates any of these Terms & Conditions, or otherwise violates an agreement entered into through the medium of the Platform, or the Company discovers that any User is not capable of entering into a legally binding contract or avail the Services sought, then the Company reserves the right to terminate the User’s membership, delete his/her account/profile along with any of its content or information on the Platform and/or prohibit the User from using or accessing the Platform at any time in its sole discretion, with or without notice,
2.3 The Company also reserves the right to deny access to the Platform or to suspend or terminate Your account, with or without notice, if it has reason to believe that:
a) You do not meet the eligibility criteria stated herein.
3.1 These Terms are in compliance with all applicable laws, including but not limited to: a) The Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.
3.2 These Terms & Conditions constitute an agreement between: (a) You; and (b) Company and govern Your access to and usage of the Platform, and the terms for availing the various Services facilitated by the Platform through its Platform Partners. It is hereby clarified that the term “Users” shall mean any person using the Platform i.e. consumers/Users, financial institutions, regulated entities, and other Platform Partners.
3.3 These Terms & Conditions incorporate the following documents (including all their variants and updates) by reference: (a) our Privacy Policy (available at https://www.Anytime Rupee.in/privacy-policy); , (b) the agreement(s) executed by You (and co-applicants, nominees, if any) for availing any of the Services (as further detailed in the Sections below) from us and/or our Platform Partners. (c) the Key Fact Statement (KFS), Annual Percentage Rate (APR), repayment terms, and fees, wherever applicable; and (d) any in-app consent forms or declarations You may agree to while using the Platform or its services.
3.4 As a User of this Platform, You have agreed to the Terms & Conditions provided hereunder or anywhere else on this Platform including but not limited to disclaimers on this Platform. By accessing, installing, registering, or using any part of the Platform, or by clicking “I Agree” or any equivalent button made available to You, You expressly acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any loan or service-specific agreements executed by You with our Lending Partners. You are advised to read and understand the said Terms & Conditions and in case You do not wish to agree to these Terms & Conditions, please refrain from using the Platform.
3.5 All the Services are subject to applicable laws, government notifications, the rules, regulations and guidelines issued by the applicable regulatory bodies. Anytime Rupee reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, update, change, revise, add or remove portions of these Terms & Conditions or update the Platform and the Services thereon, at any time. You are advised to review these Terms periodically. Your continued access/usage of our Platform and the Services shall constitute Your acceptance of the changes to these Terms & Conditions.
3.6 These Terms shall remain in effect for as long as You continue to access or use the Platform or any Service facilitated through it. Termination or suspension of any Service shall not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to such termination.
4.1 If You wish to avail any of the Services available on the Platform, You will be required to create an account on the Platform and register with Us, and provide such information and details as is further detailed in our Privacy Policy. The App is deemed to be in use when it is loaded in a temporary or permanent memory of Your device. Loan Approval and or Disbursal on the Platform shall be subject to verification, risk assessment, and consent-based data collection as detailed in our Privacy Policy and applicable RBI guidelines. If You revoke any of the mandatory permissions required in the App, then Your utilization of the App will be limited/restricted.
4.2 During registration and usage of the Platform, You may be required to grant permission for access to certain device features or data, such as SMS (for credit bureau purposes), location, contact list, or storage. Such permissions shall be sought explicitly and only where necessary for the performance of lawful functions related to credit assessment, KYC, and service delivery. If You withdraw or revoke such permissions, Your access to certain features or Services may be restricted or limited.
4.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of Your account, password, activities that occur in or through Your account and for restricting access to Your computer to prevent unauthorized access to Your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under Your account or password. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure. You should inform us immediately if You have any reason to believe that Your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorized manner. Please ensure that the details You provide us with are true, correct, accurate and complete.
4.4 You agree that:
4.5 You agree to ensure that the information and documents provided to us during registration and loan application are true, current, and accurate. You must promptly update any change in your details (such as address, phone number, or employment information) on the Platform. Upon Anytime Rupee gaining knowledge or having any reasonable suspicion that the information provided by You is wrong, inaccurate or incorrect, Anytime Rupee shall immediately terminate Your account without any
notice to You in this regard, suspend the ongoing Services and/or take such other actions as it may deem fit. In the event of any changes to the information shared by You at the time of registering Yourself on the Platform or for availing the Services, You shall be responsible for forthwith notifying the said changes to Us. You can access and update most of the information You provided to us on the ‘dashboard’ area of Your account after You log-in on App.
4.6 The right to use this Platform is personal to the User and is not transferable to any other person or entity, except as expressly permitted by law.
4.7 You shall at all times abide by the Terms and Conditions stated herein and any breach of these conditions may also lead to Anytime Rupee termination of Your account and appropriate civil and criminal remedies will be sought against You as provided under the laws of India.
5.1 The Company is committed to protecting Your privacy and handling Your personal data in a lawful, transparent, and secure manner. Anytime Rupee collects certain information from You in order to create Your account and to facilitate the Services.
5.2 All collection, processing, storage, and sharing of data through the Platform is governed by applicable Indian laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the RBI’s Digital Lending Guidelines, as well as our Privacy Policy.
5.3 The Privacy Policy summarises all types of information that is collected from You by us or the Platform Partners, the manner in which it is shared by us with other third parties/Platform Partners as detailed therein, along with the purpose of collection for each, whether provision of such information is mandatory or optional for availing the Services on the Platform, and the parties that have access and store such information.
5.4 Please refer our Privacy Policy for further details on the information and permissions/consents sought by us from You in the course of Your account creation and subsequent use of the Platform/Services.
5.5 You have the right to:
6.1 Subject to Your continued compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws, the Company grants You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform and its services solely for Your personal and lawful use.
6.2 This license is granted solely for the purpose of:

6.3 This license is non-transferable and does not permit any resale or commercial use of this Platform or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of anyone other than Your use; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. The Platform or any portion of the Platform (including but not limited to any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information) may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, distributed or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of Anytime Rupee and / or its affiliates, as may be applicable. Any unauthorized use of the Platform shall terminate the permission or revoke the license granted by Anytime Rupee.
6.4 You are permitted to use content delivered to You through the Service only for such Service. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content. Further, You agree not to reverse engineer or reverse compile any of the Service technology, including but not limited to, any Java applets associated with the Service.
6.5 All rights, title, and interest in the Platform, including its software, design, text, logos, graphics, trademarks, and other intellectual property, are and shall remain the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants You any ownership rights or proprietary interest in the Platform or its content.
6.6 Unauthorized use of the Platform, including any violation of the license restrictions set out above, shall result in immediate termination of Your access rights and may lead to civil or criminal action under applicable laws.
6.7 The Company reserves the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform or its features, at its sole discretion, without prior notice. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused to You by such suspension or modification, provided it does not affect Your already disbursed loan or statutory rights.
7.1 Anytime Rupee has the right and liberty to monitor the content of the Platform and Your activity and at all times which shall include information provided in Your account. The monitoring of the Platform is important to determine the veracity of the information provided by You and that every User remains in compliance with the Terms & Conditions provided herein.
7.2 Subject to the Terms & Conditions mentioned herein, Anytime Rupee shall also have the liberty to remove any objectionable content which is in contravention of the Terms & Conditions herein or share such information on a need-basis with the governmental/ regulatory authorities, courts, regulators, or law enforcement agencies, quasi-governmental authorities, judicial authorities and quasi-judicial authorities as per procedures laid down by the law for the time being in force in India.
7.3 Any monitoring or review shall be conducted in a lawful, proportionate, and transparent manner, and only for legitimate business or regulatory purposes. Your personal data shall not be accessed, processed, or stored beyond what is necessary for the specific purpose, and shall always be handled in compliance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws
7.4 All monitoring activities will be subject to appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect the confidentiality and integrity of Your data.
8.1 The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, to temporarily or permanently suspend, restrict, or terminate Your access to the Platform or any part thereof, including access to Services or Your user account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

8.4 Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform will immediately cease. The Company may delete or deactivate Your account and all related information, except as required to be retained under applicable law or internal policies.

9.1 In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms & Conditions, You agree not to, by any means (including hacking, cracking or defacing any portion of the website/ applications/ portals/ platforms) indulge in illegal or unauthorized activities including the following:
9.2 In the event the Company suspects any of the above, we reserve the right to terminate Your use of the Service or the Platform for violating any of the prohibited uses or take such other actions as may be deemed fit in this regard.
9.3 If the Company suspects or becomes aware that You have engaged in any of the prohibited activities listed above, it reserves the right to:
9.4 The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused to You or any third party as a result of Your prohibited use of the Platform.
10.1 Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, neither Anytime Rupee nor its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees or any related party shall have any liability to You or to any third party for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or any loss of revenue or profits arising under or relating to these Terms & Conditions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, You waive, release, discharge and hold harmless Anytime Rupee, its affiliated and subsidiary companies, and each of their directors, officers, employees, and agents, from any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, expenses and causes of action arising out of Your use of the Platform.
10.2 As a User, You also acknowledge that Anytime Rupee has maintained and carried out all possible checks and balances to assure the credibility of the Users as listed on the Platform. The information provided on the Platform is based on the information that is provided to Anytime Rupee. In case the User does not disclose any information to Anytime Rupee, and the same is not found out at the first instance by Anytime Rupee despite all measures adopted to certify the ratings or credibility of a User, Anytime Rupee shall not be responsible for any claims or liabilities. Anytime Rupee in any event is not responsible for any default in return of money that is borrowed from the lender, and the lender shall have the exclusive right to initiate proceedings against the defaulter borrower. Anytime Rupee shall to the best of its abilities aid the concerned User in terms of provision of information to initiate any legal proceedings. However, Anytime Rupee shall not be responsible for any default on behalf of the User. Anytime Rupee is an information platform, and the User is entitled to conduct its own diligence before taking any steps to initiate the processes outlined in the Website.
10.3 Anytime Rupee does not make any representations or warranties on behalf of the Platform Partners on the Platform with respect to the products / Services provided directly by such Platform Partners on the Platform. Anytime Rupee shall be responsible only to the extent of facilitating such the Services on the Platform by the Platform Partners and all liabilities and obligations of the customers / Users with respect to the actual Services availed from the Platform Partners shall be governed by the separate agreement executed between such Platform Partners and the Users, and Anytime Rupee shall have no liability in this regard whatsoever.
10.4 YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE AND ALL INFORMATION, PRODUCTS AND OTHER CONTENT (INCLUDING THAT OF THIRD PARTIES) INCLUDED IN OR ACCESSIBLE FROM THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. COMPANY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND EXPRESS OR IMPLIED AS TO THE SERVICE AND ALL INFORMATION, PRODUCTS AND OTHER CONTENT (INCLUDING THAT OF THIRD PARTIES) INCLUDED IN OR ACCESSIBLE FROM THE SERVICE, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. COMPANY MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT: (i) THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (ii) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, (iii) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, (iv) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, OR (V) ANY ERRORS IN THE TECHNOLOGY WILL BE CORRECTED AND YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OF ANY SUCH MATERIAL. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM COMPANY OR SERVICE PROVIDER THROUGH OR FROM THE SERVICE WILL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS.
10.5 YOU FURTHER AGREE THAT NEITHER COMPANY NOR THIRD PARTY PLATFORM PROVIDERS NOR ANY OF THEIR AFFILIATES, ACCOUNT PROVIDERS OR ANY OF THEIR AFFILIATES WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY HARMS, WHICH LAWYERS AND COURTS OFTEN CALL DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, EVEN IF COMPANY OR SERVICE PROVIDER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, RESULTING FROM: (i) THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE / PLATFORM; (ii) THE COST OF GETTING SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES, (iii) ANY PRODUCTS, DATA, INFORMATION OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO, THROUGH OR FROM THE SERVICE; (iv) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA; (v) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANYONE ON THE SERVICE; EVEN IF THE PROVIDER HAS BEEN ADVISED PREVIOUSLY OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES; OR (vii) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE. THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF ANYTIME RUPEE SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO THE COMPANY FOR THE SERVICE.
10.6 If You are dissatisfied with any part of the Platform, or with any provision of these Terms, Your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue use of the Platform.
10.7 Nothing in this Clause shall limit any non-waivable statutory rights granted to You under Indian law, including any remedies available under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, where applicable
11.1You agree to indemnify, save, and hold Anytime Rupee, its affiliates, contractors, employees, officers, directors, agents and its third party associates, licensors, and partners harmless from any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, and liabilities, costs and expenses, including without limitation legal fees and expenses, arising out of or related to Your use or misuse of the Services or of the Platform, any violation by You of these Terms & Conditions or Privacy Policy or any other documentation voluntarily executed/consented to by You, or any breach of the representations, warranties, and covenants made by You herein or Your infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity, or as a result of any threatening, libelous, obscene, harassing or offensive material posted/ transmitted by You on the Platform. Anytime Rupee reserves the right, at Your expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter for which You are required to indemnify Anytime Rupee, including rights to settle, and You agree to cooperate with Anytime Rupee’s defence and settlement of these claims. Anytime Rupee will use reasonable efforts to notify You of any claim, action, or proceeding brought by a third party that is subject to the foregoing indemnification upon becoming aware of it.
11.2This indemnity obligation shall survive the termination or suspension of Your account or cessation of use of the Platform and shall continue to apply even after the completion or repayment of any financial products availed by You.
11.3You agree that the remedies provided under this Clause are in addition to, and not in substitution for, any rights or remedies available to the Company under equity, law, or contract.
12.1 Anytime Rupee accepts no responsibility for advertisements contained within the Platform. Anytime Rupee has no control over and accepts no responsibility for the
content of any website or mobile application to which a link from the Platform exists. Such linked websites and mobile applications are provided “as is” for User’s convenience only with no warranty, express or implied, for the information provided within them. Anytime Rupee does not provide any endorsement or recommendation of any third-party website or mobile application to which the Platform provides a link. Further, the Users consent and agree that the content provided on the Website and the App shall be synced and shall be available in both mediums.
12.2 If You choose to use or access such third-party services, You will be subject to their independent terms and privacy policies, and it is Your responsibility to read and understand them before proceeding.
12.3 The Company disclaims all liability for any communications, contracts, or disputes between You and any third party arising out of or relating to any external content or advertisement on the Platform.
12.4 While we may partner with regulated entities such as Lending Partners or KYC vendors, all such relationships are disclosed transparently, and such entities operate under their respective RBI or regulatory licenses.
13.1 If, at Anytime Rupee’s request, You send certain specific submissions (for example contest entries) or without a request from Us, You send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, ‘comments’), You agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that You forward to Us. We are and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any comments in confidence; (2) to pay compensation for any comments; or (3) to respond to any comments.
13.2 You agree that Your comments will not violate any right of any third-party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary right. You further agree that Your comments will not contain libellous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Service or any related website. You may not use a false e-mail address, pretend to be someone other than Yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third-parties as to the origin of any comments. You are solely responsible for any comments You make and their accuracy. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any comments posted by You or any third-party.
13.3 You are licensing to the Company and its service providers, any information, data, passwords, materials or other content (collectively, “Content”) You provide through or to the Service. Company and service provider of Company may use, modify, display, distribute and create new material using such Content to provide the Service to You. Company and Service Provider may also use, sell, license, reproduce, distribute and disclose aggregate, non-personally identifiable information that is derived through Your use of the Service. By submitting Content, You automatically agree, or promise that the owner of such Content has expressly agreed that, without any particular time limit, and without the payment of any fees, Company and its third party service provider may use the Content for the purposes set out above. As between Company and third-party service provider, Company owns Your confidential account information. Nothing in this Clause shall require the Company to actively monitor user-generated content or pre-screen any submissions, unless required by law. However, the Company shall respond to legal takedown requests in accordance with
Section 79 of the IT Act and related rules
14.1 You acknowledge that Anytime Rupee is a platform bringing Users together and that the Anytime Rupee is not engaged in either grant of loan or borrowing any money or assistance for any financial products from any member using the Anytime Rupee Platform. All financial products accessible through the Platform are provided solely by regulated third-party entities such as Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) or other regulated entities (REs) registered with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), whose details are transparently disclosed on the Platform.
14.2 You acknowledge that the use of the financial products is entirely based on the negotiations between the Users and third party and neither Anytime Rupee nor its affiliates, contractors, employees, officers, directors, agents and their third-party associates, licensors and partners have any interest with regard to any financial products assistance procured by or to a registered User.
14.3 You acknowledge that Anytime Rupee will not be responsible for any claim or damage in case of use of the financial products. Anytime Rupee in no manner warrants or guarantees the performance of a third-party service provider that is providing services through the App.
14.4 You acknowledge that Anytime Rupee in no manner guarantees that the Users have provided all the information on this App which is true and correct including his address, phone numbers etc.
14.5 You acknowledge that it is Your responsibility to verify the information about the person on the Platform and Anytime Rupee is in no manner liable if the information provided on this App is untrue or incorrect.
14.6 You acknowledge that Anytime Rupee is in no manner responsible for any claim of money or damages in the event one person fails to either grant loan or a person fails to repay the loan or misrepresents his financial status or commits a fraud or cheating or any other such illegal act.
Your use of this Platform and any Term & Conditions stated in this agreement is subject to laws of India. In case of any disputes arising out of the use of the Platform, courts of Gurugram, Haryana will have exclusive jurisdiction
16.1 Users have complete authority to file complaint/ share feedback if they are disappointed by Services rendered by Anytime Rupee. 16.2 If Your complaint is related to a loan product offered by a Lending Partner, the Company may forward Your grievance to the respective Regulated Entity (RE).
PART B: DIGITAL LENDING SERVICES
1.1 The Platform facilitates access to loan products offered by regulated third-party financial institutions, including Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) and other Regulated Entities (REs) that are duly registered with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). The Company acts solely as a Digital Lending App (DLA), providing a technology platform for borrowers to connect with these Lending Partners.
1.2 The Company itself does not offer loans or credit facilities, nor does it act as a lender or co-lender. All loan decisions, terms, disbursals, and repayments are solely handled by the respective Lending Partners listed on the Platform.
1.3 You agree and understand that the Platform is merely a digital lending application that facilitates Digital Lending Services offered by the lending partners listed on the Platform/empanelled with Us, and does not directly (and is not authorised to) provide any such lending products/services to Users. Your relationship with the lending partners on the Platform will be governed by the loan agreement, terms and conditions and privacy policy of such respective lending partners as well as the agreement(s) executed by You for availing such Digital Lending Services. The Company is not a party to that agreement, and shall not be liable for any dispute, delay, or loss arising from the lender’s decision or conduct.
1.4 Please refer our Privacy Policy for further details on the information and permissions/consents sought by us and the Lending Partners from You in the course of providing Digital Lending Services.
